01. Protocol
Welcome to Digitat. These Terms of Service form the operational framework for the use of our digital architecture and services.
By initiating engagement or accessing this site, you acknowledge and accept these regulations in their entirety.
02. Settlement
All architectural cycles are subject to the following financial protocols:
Initial_Deposit
Mandatory advance required prior to resource allocation.
Milestone_Clearing
Sequential payments triggered by project phase completion.
Asset_Withholding
Final source files restricted until full balance reconciliation.
03. Refund_Void
Due to the resource-intensive nature of our digital products, all settlements are final upon project commencement.
Latency Warning:Digitat is not liable for timeline extensions caused by client-side feedback delays. No refunds are granted for projects stalled due to third-party communication failures.
04. IP_Rights
Digitat retains primary ownership of all logical constructs, codebases, and designs until the financial ledger is fully cleared.
Usage rights are granted to the client exclusively for the final deliverables specified in the project scope.
05. Liability_Cap
Services are provided on an "As-Is" basis. We accept no liability for:

- [2]Third-party hosting failures or API deprecations.
- [3]Indirect or consequential damages from deployment.
