AnuArts needed a portfolio that matched the quality of their photography, fast, immersive, and easy to update without a developer.

- Designed a minimal, image-forward layout prioritizing full-bleed visuals.
- Built a lightweight custom CMS so the photographer could upload, organize, and publish galleries independently.
- Integrated Cloudinary for optimized image delivery.

Hard parts.
fixLarge high-resolution images causing slow load times
Integrated Cloudinary for automatic WebP conversion, responsive srcset delivery, and CDN caching. Page load dropped to under 2 seconds.
fixPhotographer couldn't update the site independently
Built a simple custom CMS with drag-and-drop gallery management and instant publish, requiring zero technical knowledge.
fixPortfolio didn't reflect brand identity
Co-designed a minimal, dark-themed aesthetic with the designer that puts imagery first and removes all visual clutter.
fixClient gallery sharing was manual and insecure
Built password-protected private galleries with shareable links, eliminating WeTransfer and Google Drive workarounds.
